A fasírt hagyományos fogás, már a nagyszüleink is előszeretettel készítették. Mivel elterjedt ételről van szó, gyakorlatilag háztartásonként meg van a jól bevált generációról generációra maradó recept, ami kicsit eltér az eredetitől. A Hóbiárt különös gondott fordít ételeinek eredetiségére és a hagyományra. Köretként leginkább a főzelék illik, de bátran fogyaszthatják a tavaszi rizst, párolt zöldséget, és a sült krumplit.

Ha nincs időd eljönni a Hóbiártba nincs más dolgod mint online vagy telefonon megrendelni és mi rövid időn belül házhoz visszük teljes vagy zóna adagban.
