The encounter of cream and curry with chicken breast strips is a marriage that a man’s son can never separate. This combination is known and loved from London to Sydney!
The name curry was originally "naturalized" by the British from two independent Indian terms. Kari is a herb mainly popular in South India (Murraya koenigii, formerly known as Chalcas koenigii), a citrus shrub from the Far East whose leaves are used for seasoning, mainly for vegetarian dishes in India. Karhi is a West Indian dish made with a sweet and sour sauce. Curry is an overly simplistic version of the Tamil faculty word meaning "sauce," "sauce." Curry became a common term through the English, which was interpreted as a seasoning for all kinds of Indian food.
Curry, known to us as a strong, typical spice blend, doesn’t really exist in India. Today, however, the word curry mostly refers to a mixture of certain ground spices. This blend was developed by the English repatriating from the colonies to mimic a kind of typical Indian flavor using dried spices.
The composition of the spice mixture can vary greatly; contains a cotyledon very rarely. Its main ingredients: cumin, turmeric, chilli.
