Chicken breast steak with currys tomatoes

Did you know that in Hungary, a strong, typical curry known as an Indian spice blend does not really exist in India?

This blend we know was developed by the English repatriating from the colonies to mimic a kind of typical Indian flavor with the help of dried spices.

The composition of the spice mixture varies greatly. Its main ingredients: cumin, turmeric, butterfly seed, chilli.

We combined this special taste for Hungarian people with chicken and fresh tomatoes.
