Valódi burgonyából, nem porból készített köretünk nagyon népszerű, hiszen nincs semmilyen adalék benne.

Csongrád megyei burgonyatermelőtől vásároljuk a krumplit. A tejet is kistermelő hozza részünkre. Ízesítéshez sem használunk E-ket vagy ízfokozókat, szóval bizotos lehetsz benne, hogy valódi burgonypürét rendelsz tőlünk, ha bejössz éttermünkbe a szegedi Hóbiárt Bisztró és Pizzériába, vagy ha házhozszállítva kéred.
